The 'Omi Sri Lankan Card Game' is a digital rendition of the popular Sri Lankan strategy card game, Omi, tailored for iPhone and iPad users.
Offering a single-player experience, Omi replicates the multiplayer dynamic by simulating interactions with three automated opponents – one as the player's partner and the other two forming the opposing team.
The game faithfully reproduces all rules, scoring mechanisms, and token distributions from the physical version. The system-generated players mimic real-player behavior, providing an authentic gaming atmosphere and imitating common Omi strategies.
Each round involves a rotating anti-clockwise selection of trumps among players. The system AI selects trumps based on its initial card hand, emulating human-like decision-making.
Prior to beginning gameplay, users can choose between having 5 or 10 tokens. The team that reaches the chosen token count first will emerge victorious in this engaging virtual adaptation of the classic card game.
